The process of the outer surfaces of the tubes is optimised for the blasting of parts and details of any size, ensuring total safety and minimum energy expenditure.

Tube blasting machines with variable power turbines

The systems, with a tunnel configuration, are equipped with a motorised, inclined biconical roller conveyor that simultaneously allows the tubes to advance and rotate around their longitudinal axis. The number of turbines and their power are defined according to the required productivity. The turbines are positioned below the rolling level to keep the distance between the projection axis and the surface to be processed constant as the diameters vary.
