Blasting systems for wheel processing
GR wheel blast machines are specifically designed for the processing of steel and light alloy wheels. Horizontally loaded in the blast chamber, each wheel is set in rotation by motorised rollers.
The number and configuration of the turbines, defined according to the wheel geometry, guarantee coverage of the surfaces to be processed. At the end of the selected blasting time, the wheel is automatically ejected onto the discharge table. The GR wheel blast machine is installed on the floor and is equipped with a self-cleaning cartridge-type dry filter.
