Rubber belt blasting system
Effectiveness for the processing of die cast or moulded materials
TB G rubber belt blasting systems are used for the processing of bulk parts, loaded into the machine manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic bucket.
The rubber belt allows the parts to be shuffled inside it, so that all surfaces are exposed to the grit process projected by the turbines.
Rotating the belt in the opposite direction allows the material to be discharged, which can be done either directly into the empty container or via a belt or vibrating channel positioned transversely to the belt axis. The load capacity of the TB G rotary belt blasting machines varies from 35 to 1500 litres with a capacity from 45 to 1000 kg.

Technical details
Processing of aluminium and zamak die cast materials, steel and brass mouldings, medium-small steel and bronze parts and deburring of thermosetting plastics.
Automatic loading system, vibrating unloading conveyor or channel, magnetic separators (for earth-moving operations), turbine and belt speed variator, digital control panel, special filter with fire prevention system.
