Steel belt blasting system
Large load capacities to optimise productivity
The TB A tumble belt blast machine is used for the processing of bulk parts, loaded into the machine manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic bucket.
The steel belt, consisting of highly abrasion-resistant special steel segments, mixes the parts within it, exposing all their surfaces to the effect of the grit projected from the turbines.
Rotating the belt in the opposite direction allows the material to be unloaded, which can be either directly into the empty container or via a vibrating belt or channel positioned transversely to the belt axis. The load capacity ranges from 220 to 1000 litres with a load capacity of 500 to 3000 kg.
Complete with a self-cleaning cartridge-type dry filter, the TB A steel belt blasting system can be installed directly on the floor without any masonry work.
Technical details
Processing of high-mass parts (up to 200 kg each) in steel, cast iron, bronze, brass and aluminium, obtained by casting, moulding, forging, or heat treatment.
Automatic loading system, vibrating unloading conveyor or channel, magnetic separators (for desanding operations), turbine and belt speed variator, digital control panel, special filter with fire prevention system. Complete logistics systems integrated in departmental lines are also implemented.
