Guaranteed aesthetic quality without the risk of rubbing
GTFC type tumble belt blast machines are the continuous flow version of the TB model with rubber belt. The conformation of the belt and its particular installation result in a combined forward and rolling movement of the materials to be processed: turbines installed in the upper part of the machine ensure that all surfaces are covered.
The GTFC system offers significant advantages in terms of:
- insertion in continuous flow production lines;
- guarantee of the aesthetic quality of the machined materials, as impact and friction between the parts, inevitably present in a traditional rotary belt system, are avoided, not only during machining, but also and above all during loading and unloading;
- possibility of varying the degree of finishing and travel time, adapting the flow of materials to the production requirements of the line.
Floor installation without masonry work, complete with self-cleaning cartridge-type dry filter.
