Variable speed for customised material machining
GAMMA roller blast machines are continuous pass-through units with a motorised roller conveyor.
The number and configuration of the wheels installed on the blasting chamber are optimised to ensure the processing of all surfaces of sheet metal, sections, tubes, and structural work that are loaded onto the transport roller conveyor.
The variable speed drive of the conveyor makes it possible to choose the best compromise between the required productivity and the achievable result, depending on the conditions of the incoming material.
Grit remaining on the materials after processing is removed by a brushing and blowing unit installed at the end of the tunnel.
Installation complete with self-cleaning cartridge-type dry filter. Also available in a version with sheets in a vertical position, VERT type.

The roller conveyor blasting machine can be integrated in line with a paint system.
Turbotecnica designs and manufactures complete automatic processing lines with preheating, blasting, painting and material feeding and transfer equipment.
The special AL version of the GAMMA blast machine is designed for the surface roughening of aluminium extruded sections, in order to eliminate possible extrusion defects and reduce the time and costs of the subsequent anodising operation. The system is designed for the use of very small stainless steel grit.
Grit removal from the profiles is guaranteed by a blowing unit at the exit of the tunnel and a system for lifting the profiles onto the unloading section of the roller conveyor.
