A feature of the continuous cycle pass-through tunnel blasting machine is the constant movement speed of the pieces
The ability to combine part movement speed and turbine power ensures simple and smooth integration into an existing production line and with other operating units.
Perfect part coverage is achieved by the optimised arrangement of the turbines in an 'X' alignment with the moving part.
This arrangement allows even the most complex parts to be blasted on all their sides.
It is also possible to use the system in a Stand-Alone version, in which case Turbotecnica also supplies the monorail overhead conveyor with double motorised hoist supported by a robust structure.
