Automatic Pass-Through Turbine Shot Blaster
The automatic shot blasting machine from Turbotecnica can be configured with single or dual monorail, and is suitable for both continuous cycle operation and stand-alone use. This flexibility makes it ideal for integration into existing production lines or for functioning as an independent unit.
Constant Workpiece Movement
A key feature of the pass-through tunnel shot blaster is the constant speed of workpiece movement, ensuring uniform surface treatment. The combination of workpiece speed and turbine power guarantees effective blasting and seamless integration with other production units.
Optimized Turbine Alignment
Complete coverage of the workpiece is achieved through a “X” turbine alignment relative to the moving part. This configuration allows even the most complex workpieces to be blasted, reaching all surfaces and facets evenly.
Stand-Alone Version
The system can also be used in stand-alone mode. In this configuration, Turbotecnica provides a single-rail monorail system with dual motorized hoists, supported by a robust structure to ensure safe and reliable workpiece handling.
