Blasting system with motorised hoists
Thanks to the use of motorised hoists, it allows optimal machining of surfaces of any weight and size. It is a system that is suitable for heavy-duty use and very high loads.
BETA overhead conveyor blast machines are characterised by the presence of motorised hoists that allow the handling of parts without weight and size limitations, making them versatile in terms of applications.
Once the hook on which the parts are hung, is inserted manually or automatically into the blasting chamber, it is made to rotate around its own axis and translate in front of the turbines (mounted on one side of the chamber): the result is uniform processing of the surfaces within the space available.
The customer can choose the size of the BETA blasting equipment and the loading capacity according to the materials intended to blast.
