Continuous Pass-Through Blast Machines: advanced technology for recirculation and automated cycle management
The machine consists of a continuous pass-through blasting chamber with anti-abrasive rubber bands in the pre-chambers to hold the metal grit.
There is an inclined sliding surface for transporting the parts and several equipment for recirculating, dedusting and reconditioning the grit that feeds the turbines. The cycle time is defined by a special timer that triggers the ejection of the processed part and the sequential insertion of a new one. The whole cycle is automatically synchronised with various interlocks and a logical system of operation.
