Blasting equipment for cleaning processes

Bogie blast machines are suitable for the cleaning process of castings or structures.

The parts are loaded onto a variable speed rotary table bogie. Heavy parts can be loaded onto the bogie and unloaded using the overhead crane. The unit consists of a watertight cabin where a number of turbines are applied to centrifuge the abrasive (metal grit) onto the slowly rotating parts.

The abrasive action of the grit projected for a predetermined time, speed and quantity determines the desired surface processing to prepare the material for the next machining step.
