Several turbines for perfect part efficiency
NTOR belt conveyor blast machines are continuous pass-through units whose material movement system consists of a highly abrasion-resistant wire mesh belt.
The installation has a tunnel configuration mainly consisting of a central blasting chamber equipped with 4-8 or more inclined and opposed turbines to achieve perfect coverage of even the most complex parts.
The outlet pre-chamber of the NTOR blasting machine is equipped with a special blowing device to remove the abrasive from the top surface of the processed material.
Technical details
Finishing of aluminium and zamak die-castings, steel and brass mouldings, medium-small steel and bronze parts and deburring of oxide-cut plates.
Turbine and conveyor belt speed variator, digital control panel, material transport systems for in-line production, special filter with fire prevention system.
The mesh belt blasting machine can be used to process granite, marble, concrete, natural and artificial stone. In this case, the dedusting and grit washing systems, which also include a magnetic separator, are enhanced.
