Special rubber belt blasting system
High performance at low running costs
NTOG belt conveyor blast machines are continuous pass-through units whose material transport system consists of a special anti-abrasive rubber belt.
The installation has a tunnel configuration mainly consisting of a central blasting chamber equipped with 2-4 and more turbines at the top of the conveyor to ensure coverage of the top and side surfaces of the materials to be processed.
The blasting system with NTOG belt system allows to contain the initial and operating costs compared to the version with wire mesh conveyor, in which the turbines are double in number since they are also present in the lower part. However, the materials must be processed in two successive steps if the underside is also to be blasted.
The outlet pre-chamber is equipped with a special blowing device to remove the abrasive from the top surface of the processed material.

Turbine and conveyor belt speed variator, digital control panel, material transport systems for in-line production, special filter with fire prevention system.
Floor installation, complete with self-cleaning cartridge-type dry filter.
The mesh belt blasting machine can be used to process granite, marble, concrete, natural and artificial stone. In this case, the dedusting and grit washing systems, which also include a magnetic separator, are enhanced.
