Unit for continuous pass-through blasting

Blasting machines with belt conveyor are differentiated into transport with wire mesh or anti-abrasive rubber belt.

They are suitable for finishing die-cast and moulded parts, or for deburring oxide-cut plates. The belt blasting machine can be equipped with up to 8 turbines to ensure total coverage of the part.

Thanks to the special design of the anti-abrasive rubber belt conveyor, the NTOG model ensures excellent results, while at the same time greatly reducing the initial and operating costs of the machinery.

Our blast machines with belt conveyor are also available in versions specifically designed for the optimal machining of artificial and natural stone, such as granite, marble or concrete, with enhanced grit dust removal and washing systems.

Turbotecnica's belt conveyor blasting systems are equipped with a special blowing device located in the outlet pre-chamber, which is useful for the complete removal of the abrasive from the processed surface.
