TMV and TRAFIL bar and section blasting machines
TMV and TRAFIL blast machines are designed for the continuous removal of calamine from round bars, rods, tubes and wire by passing the material through a tunnel equipped with turbines for the centrifugal projection of metal grit.
The installation is equipped with all the accessories for recycling, dedusting and separating the metal abrasive to ensure the continuity of the required performance.

Removal of oxide and calamine from tubes, rods and wire.
Roller conveyor feeding and unloading system, spoolers, turbine speed variator, digital control panel, adapters for different profile sections. Floor installation, complete with self-cleaning cartridge filter.
