Manual sandblasting chambers are made in the dimensions specifically requested by the customer, with one or two main doors for material access.
These particular systems consist of modular steel or self-supporting panels with polyurethane resin insulation. The inner walls are lined with special anti-abrasive rubber. The floor is made of metal grating, under which the automatic grit recovery system is placed. The introduction of materials into the chamber can take place by means of trolleys or an overhead crane.
Our manual sandblasting chamber is equipped with doors for pedestrian access, lighting system, fixed or mobile wall platforms for sandblasting high parts, suction and ventilation system, self-cleaning cartridge-type dry filter and manual sandblasting machine. The latter is of the remote control type with automatic grit loading and comes complete with all operator accessories.
If the customer has a suitable area, Turbotecnica provides the necessary advice, materials and systems for the implementation of the system, making use of existing walls.
